ご依頼の前に必ずお読みください。 Please read before commissioning.
01業務内容Scope of Work
制作開始前にメッセージ等でご相談・確認させていただいた内容に基づき、映像制作およびモーションデザインを担当いたします。
I provide video production and motion design based on what we discuss and confirm in writing before the project starts.
作業範囲・納期・納品物・技術仕様（解像度、尺など）は、制作開始前に決定させていただきます。
The scope of work, deadline, deliverables and technical specs are agreed on before production begins.
お打ち合わせした範囲外の作業につきましては、追加作業として別途料金が発生いたします。
Anything outside the agreed scope counts as additional work and is charged separately.

02ご用意いただくものClient Responsibilities & Materials
制作に必要な素材は、確定版を制作開始前にすべてご提供ください。
Please send all materials, in their final versions, before production starts.
制作途中での素材の差し替え・変更は技術的に対応が難しい場合があり、追加料金が発生することがございます。
Swapping or changing files mid-production can be technically difficult and may come with extra charges.
必要素材Required Materials
- イラスト：PSDまたはPNG形式Artwork: PSD or PNG
- 解像度：1920×1080（フルHD）以上Resolution: 1920×1080 (Full HD) or higher
- 音源：MP3またはWAV形式Audio: MP3 or WAV
事前にお伝えいただきたい情報Project Information
- ご予算（ある場合）Budget (if any)
- 歌詞・テキスト全文（ある場合）Lyrics and full project text (if any)
- 参考資料（ある場合）References (if you have them)
- 映像の雰囲気・スタイルDesired style and mood
スタイルや方向性のご指定がない場合は、当方の判断で制作を進めさせていただきます。
If no style or direction is given, I'll make the creative decisions myself.
03お支払いPayment
料金は内容確定後にお見積りいたします。
A quote is provided once the details are confirmed.
制作枠のご予約には、料金の30〜50%を前金としてお支払いいただきます。
To reserve a slot, a 30–50% upfront payment is required.
ご予約をキャンセルされた場合、前金は返金いたしかねますのでご了承ください。
If the reservation is cancelled, the upfront payment is non-refundable.
残りの金額は納品後にお支払いください。
The remaining balance is paid after delivery.
事務所・企業様のお支払いは、銀行振込（SWIFT）またはPayPalにて承ります。
Agencies can pay via bank transfer (SWIFT) or PayPal.
04修正Revisions
修正は2回まで料金に含まれております。
Two revision rounds are included.
修正1回とは、修正点をまとめて一度にお送りいただいたものを指します。
One round means a single list of changes, sent all together.
3回目以降の修正は、内容や作業量に応じて追加料金を頂戴いたします。
Further revisions are charged depending on their scope and complexity.
各工程（コンセプト、アニマティック、本編など）のご承認後の大幅な変更は、新たな制作工程として別途料金を頂戴する場合がございます。
Major changes after a stage has been approved (concept, animatic, main edit, etc.) may be treated as a new production phase and charged separately.
05返金Refunds
全額お支払い済みで制作開始前の場合は、50%を返金いたします。
If you've paid in full and work hasn't started yet, 50% can be refunded.
当方の都合により制作を完了できない場合は、全額を返金いたします。
If I can't complete the project for reasons on my side, you'll get a full refund.
06守秘義務Confidentiality
双方ともに、個人情報およびプロジェクトの機密事項を第三者に開示いたしません。
Neither of us will share personal information or confidential project details.
ご希望があれば、正式公開まで制作物を一切公開いたしません。
On request, I won't share any project materials until the official release.
特段の取り決めがない限り、公開後の作品はポートフォリオや宣伝に使用させていただきます。
Unless agreed otherwise, I may show the finished work in my portfolio and promotional materials after release.
07規約への同意Agreement
ご依頼いただいた時点で、以下にご同意いただいたものとみなします。
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- 本規約をすべてお読みいただき、内容をご理解いただいていることyou have read and understood all of these terms
- 記載されたすべての条件に従っていただけることyou agree to follow every condition listed above
- 本規約がご依頼者様と当方との正式な取り決めとなることthese terms form a binding agreement between us
